Port Said Company for Agricultural Development and Contracting - an Egyptian joint stock company, was established in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 159 of 1981. The company was registered in the commercial registry under No. 3304, Ismailia Governorate on January 28, 2010. The preliminary contract and statute of the company were published in the Investment Newspaper, issue No. 10822 in February 2010, based in Port Said .
